The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Our room was spacious, clean, and the restaurant served some of the best food we've tried in the Philippines.

The layout of the hotel is impractical. it requires long walks to get from rooms to amenities. The casino vibe felt overwhelming with constant smoke lingering.

Clean room, helpful staff, and the complimentary Nespresso coffee was much better than the breakfast selection offered, coupled with the wonderful infinity pool for relaxation.

The hotel features stunning architecture and offers a huge suite that easily exceeded my expectations. The view from the room was breathtaking, showcasing the vibrant city skyline. I particularly enjoyed the pool view and appreciated how the hotel facilities were superbly managed.

However, there were moments when common areas felt slightly less maintained than the guest rooms.

I had an enjoyable 3-night stay, really loved the spacious deluxe room and the Nespresso coffee was an absolute treat, though I found the breakfast a bit lacking compared to that. I would definitely return!

I absolutely loved the convenient proximity to the lively Mall of Asia, which is just about 2 kilometers away and offers countless shops and activities. The stunning Fountain at Okada, less than a 5-minute walk, provided a lovely spot to relax and take in the views. the staff was also remarkably helpful, ensuring I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the luxurious amenities and access to the spa facilities to unwind after a day of exploration.

The Nobu Deluxe Room offered stunning city views and a comfortable stay. the bed was a highlight for relaxation. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive, but I felt the food choices were somewhat limited for a luxury setting. A significant downside was the delayed room availability at check-in, which was frustrating for my family. Also, the non-smoking room had a lingering cigarette odor from external sources, impacting our comfort.

Navigating between the multiple buildings is tedious, particularly needing several elevator transfers just to grab breakfast at the Hyatt Cafe. Being in the Nobu-North tower means a longer walk to get to the pool area due to casino restrictions for minors, which is something that could have been advised better at check-in. The in-room dining options left a lot to be desired, and the slow service at the Wave restaurant dampened the experience. Parking is a bit of a trek, and while valet is available, it costs extra. better to walk if you can manage your luggage.
